After suffering a devastating foot injury that has permanently sidelined athletes, Pau took on the challenge to retool his approach, treatment and overall mindset going into 2020 as he aimed to return to the NBA hardwood one last time while also preparing to compete for the elusive Olympic Gold with Spanish National Basketball team.
